I completed 3 runs this week, totalling 32 miles. Two of them were on the treadmill at the re-opened gym.
I haven’t felt any pain this week, which I put down to a combination of running on the treadmill, and the fact I’m getting a little fitter. I haven’t had to stop, or walk up any hills, so happy with the progress this week.
I’m hoping to complete at least 4 runs next week, and to go bigger on next Sunday’s road run. I could have gone further on this week’s, but ran out of canal path so had to turn back towards home.
